How do I book a Parking space?
Please fill in the booking form and pay on-line by Paypal. Select pay by Credit Card and fill in the details. You do not need a Paypal Account.
Can I book by phone?
No, please book on-line for the parking. Only the free coach parking can be booked on the phone.
What happens once I have booked on-line?
You will get an email response straight away and then, a Parking Pass, a map and the address of the Car Park will be sent by email. Please print the Parking Pass and bring it with you on the event day as you will require it to enter the Car Park.
What if I don’t have a printer to print the pass?
Please email us with your address and we will post the Parking Pass to you.
What if I don’t receive the Parking Pass?
If you don’t receive the email with the Parking Pass within 48 hours, please ring us immediately on 07506840652.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my space?
Yes, you can get a refund only if you cancel your parking at least 48 hours before the event day. A small administration fee is charged if you cancel your parking.
